Lindsay Lohan attempted to sue Pitbull over her name being mentioned in his song "Give Me Everything". Lohan claims that she did not give him permission to use her name in the line "I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan". The New York jugde threw out the case stating that Pitbull's song is protected under the first amendment in that it is a "work of art".
