Beyonce has finally come out and admitted that she did not sing live at Obama's Inauguration. She claims that she did not have time to rehearse with the orchestra prior to January 21st so she opted to sing over a pre-recorded track. But she made it very clear that she WILL sing live during her Super Bowl performance this Sunday.
