I saw Dr. Bonilla again today and down another 2.4 pounds this week. I feel fantastic! Thats 17 pounds so far. this past was a real challenge with Cinco de Mayo but I was very good! It's funny how you look at all your choices differently now and honestly the bad stuff I don't even want anymore! It's especially hard when people ask you to go out for drinks or dinner. I could go and Iknow I'd make good choices but why even have a glass of wine when you know it's calories you don't need. You wake up the next morning with no guilt and no hangover and still skinny lol. Alcohol has been one of the big problems in the past. No I wasn't an alcoholic but alcohol and other drinks have so MANY calories and EMPTY calories to boot! I mean going out on girls night an having 3 drinks can rack up the calories FAST. Do that 2 times a week and it becomes obvious why you start gaining weight. I've had the determination and the commitment to do this. I have felt so much better that I'm taking care of ME. Aren't you ready to take care of you? Do something for you and your family....let's face it. Losing the unwanted weight will help you live longer, have more energy to spend with your family. Do you need Dr. Bonilla's number? Do you have questions you can always email me firstname.lastname@example.org
How many times does life get into the way of your weight loss? Alot usually. I'm too busy. I don't have time for the gym. I had to grab something fast. Yup used and heard all of those before. Well I had not been to see Dr. Bonilla in 2 weeks! I was terrified, but this was the real test. Could I implement the practices he's taught me to lose weight without him? Week 1- I was actually on vacation and on a cruise ship! You know where basically you eat and drink all the time lol. And then week 2 Dr. Bonilla was out. Well just got back from my weigh in and happy to announce in those 2 weeks I lost 2.6 pounds! Woo! Yes, even while I was on vacation! I watched what I was eating and it really was easy! So as of now with a couple more weeks I will be down close to 20 pounds! Incredible. I have had a hard time with allergies too. It's that time of the year I suppose but allergy meds can make you retain fluid. So far so good. I'm so happy with my results. This has been the best thing I ever did! If you want to lose some weight, no matter how much, he can help you! www.doctorbonilla.com Check him out!
Hi again! So since my last update I went on vacation. Boy that IS tough especially when you are trying to lose weight! But it was actually pretty easy! I think my body is already getting trained. The most important thing to any weight loss is getting your water in. If you are reading this and trying to lose. WATER. I know you have heard it before right but it's absolutely true. Oh and it's NOT just to fill you up but it certainly helps it flushes all those toxins out of your organs and tissue and honestly since I have been drinkig more water I have felt GREAT! Remember it's 8 8oz glasses a day! It's basically like drinking 3-4 bottles of water(most standard water bottles are 16 to 20oz) It's really not THAT hard. 1 on the way to work, 1 at lunchtime and 1 at dinner time! I'm not sure why most complain about the water! Yes I did give up soda, coffee, and juice. It's just water in my life right now, well an occasional glass of white wine (lower in calories) So I don't weigh in till next Tues but I feel like I've lost alot this week. Clothes are really loose. Guess we will see! Plus, in another month I'll be in the Bahamas broadcasting so it will be nice to hopefully by then be down another 7-10 pounds. It's really exciting when you set your mind to something and see the results. Till next time remember to always pay yourself first. Start taking care of you instead of everyone and everything else. It's ok to be selfish. Your health depends on it!
