Hi again! So since my last update I went on vacation. Boy that IS tough especially when you are trying to lose weight! But it was actually pretty easy! I think my body is already getting trained. The most important thing to any weight loss is getting your water in. If you are reading this and trying to lose. WATER. I know you have heard it before right but it's absolutely true. Oh and it's NOT just to fill you up but it certainly helps it flushes all those toxins out of your organs and tissue and honestly since I have been drinkig more water I have felt GREAT! Remember it's 8 8oz glasses a day! It's basically like drinking 3-4 bottles of water(most standard water bottles are 16 to 20oz) It's really not THAT hard. 1 on the way to work, 1 at lunchtime and 1 at dinner time! I'm not sure why most complain about the water! Yes I did give up soda, coffee, and juice. It's just water in my life right now, well an occasional glass of white wine (lower in calories) So I don't weigh in till next Tues but I feel like I've lost alot this week. Clothes are really loose. Guess we will see! Plus, in another month I'll be in the Bahamas broadcasting so it will be nice to hopefully by then be down another 7-10 pounds. It's really exciting when you set your mind to something and see the results. Till next time remember to always pay yourself first. Start taking care of you instead of everyone and everything else. It's ok to be selfish. Your health depends on it!
