1.) Gasparilla Do's and Don'ts: This will be my 11th year in the parade and I have complied some tips for making it through the long day:
Do's
- Eat Breakfast & Bring Snacks with You
- Stay Hydrated: A CamelBak water-pack comes in handy
- Dress for the Occasion & Check the Weather Forecast: Skull scarfs, shirts, jewelry, etc. Have fun with it!
- Get a Bleacher Seat
- Make Sure Your Cell Phone is Charged
- Bring Anti-Bacterial wipes or gel & toilet paper - you never know!
Don'ts
-Don't Wear Flip Flops! You will be on your feet all day, there may be broken glass on the ground and you never know where you may have to step :)
- Don't Get TOO Crazy
- Don't Wear a Nice outfit: it will get dirty and then you will be mad.

2.) Warning- Cuteness Overload: For only the second time ever, a baby elephant was born at Lowry Park Zoo a couple weeks ago! 3.) Set Your DVR Now: Adam Levine is hosting SNL on Saturday (11:35p on NBC) for the first time. I wonder if the cast will get him to wear a dress like they did to Bruno Mars? I don't think Adam would make a pretty lady. Here is a look at what you can expect:
