I finally tracked down a food truck I have been eagerly wanting to try (ok, I may have been stalking them). It's called Burger Culture and they serve burgers (duh) and fries. They have a special burger of the week and a list of regular staples that are all about $8 for the burger and fries - what a deal! I got the Cajun Burger (smoked gouda, cajun mushrooms and cajun sauce) and it was amazing! I want to go back already (PS- They aren't paying me to say any of this).
