According to a new study, exercise not only reduces stress levels and increases happiness levels, it also strengthens the efficiency of our brain's neurons.
It's as if exercise lubricates the brain -- and encourages new ideas and helps us understand things better.
And, because neurons are pretty much the biggest thing that makes us human, exercise ends up helping us with everything important, including our emotions, our thoughts, our body movements and actions.
These scientists are just going to have to STOP with research that requires me to give up my remote and get off my comfy couch!!!!!!!!!!
