9th Annual Taste of South Tampa

The Taste of South Tampa is the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce's signature annual event. Hyde Park Village is transformed into an outdoor festival offering live entertainment, beer, wine and soda along with an array of delicious food samples from various local restaurants. This family friendly event will feature a Kids Zone with complimentary facepainting, Lil Mac Fire Truck and other fun activities! Sunday, April 13, 2014 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Florida Ice Cream Festival

The event will be held at the SUN ‘n FUN grounds on April 12-13, 2014. SUN ‘n FUN is known for its annual “Fly-in” and airshow each year and is located at Lakeland Linder Regional Airport, 4175 Medulla Rd, Lakeland, FL 33811. It is a beautiful location that has the capacity to handle the large crowds expected at the Florida Ice Cream Festival.

Tampa Bay Blues Fest

St. Petersburg gets refreshed this weekend, welcoming world-class blues, live outdoor theater, a 1940's-style dance party, and season openers for the Tampa Bay Rowdies and newly-formed football team, the St. Petersburg tide, among other events, to the sunshine city. Sing the blues - Buddy Guy, Michael McDonald, Coco Montoya and Irma Thomas are just some of the headliners taking the stage at the 20th Annual Tampa Bay Blues Fest tomorrow through Sunday, April 11-13 in Vinoy Park. The festival is open from noon to 10 p.m. each day with cash-only tickets available at the main gate. Fans may enjoy intimate concerts with Blues Fest performers during after-parties Friday through Sunday nights at the palladium theater.
